Rapper 50 Cent finally sold his house in Farmington, Connecticut after listing it for sale for nearly a decade.

The 50,000 square foot house was originally put on the market for $18.5 million dollars but sold for around $8 million, about $10 million LESS than he was originally seeking.

The house was once owned by Mike Tyson before 50 purchased it in the early 2000s. Some of the key components include a nightclub, casino, nine kitchens, two pools (indoor/outdoor), and helicopter pad.

Rumor is, the house is going to become an assisted living facility for old people.
